These terms are an agreement between you and Selma Innovation Technology Training (SITTI) LLC ("SITTI", "we", "us"), operator of the SITTI website, learning platform and Training Partner program at e-sitti.com. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it; individuals must be of legal age.

Our services

SITTI provides online allied-health coursework, assessments, certification-readiness tools and, for approved Training Partners, academy management tools billed per enrolled student. Certification eligibility is set by each independent certifying body; we do not guarantee exam results, licensure, employment or income.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or unsolicited messaging.
• No infringing others' intellectual property, including copying or reselling course content.
• No interfering with security: malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or bypassing access limits.

Intellectual property

SITTI keeps all rights to the platform, curriculum, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment (including invoices past their due date), security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Training Partner accounts paused for non-payment reactivate once the balance is paid.

General
