Selma Innovation Technology Training (SITTI) LLC ("SITTI") is the data controller for personal data collected through e-sitti.com, our learning platform and Training Partner program. This notice explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, password, role) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Admissions and compliance documents (ID, education, eligibility documents) — to process enrollment and fee waivers (contract, legal obligation).
• Learning records (progress, scores, skill check-offs, clinical hours, certificates) — to deliver training and transcripts (contract).
• Inquiry data (name, email, phone, program interest) — to answer information requests, with your consent.
• Messages and support requests — to help you (legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages) — for security, fraud prevention and improvement (legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host and run our platform, email and analytics.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sales, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• The Training Partner academy you inquire with or enroll through.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for academic records and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Student education records are handled consistent with FERPA where it applies. Contact us through e-sitti.com to exercise your rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and save course progress. We don't use advertising cookies.
